Marketing and furnishing is usually a front loaded effort when signing up and posting/staging, with very little maintenance to upkeep. 

Besides Furnished Finder, what are the other websites worth posting on for mid-term rentals?

In an attempt to simplify explaining the process, so it can be understood, I am leaving out details that I cover in other posts and in training.

Your post shows that you are not ready and much, much too likely to hand money to someone to do it for you which will surely lose you all of your money.
