Given the fact that I described that I was already an investor in RE, showed cash available and completed all information requests as asked, one would be hard-pressed to see me as a non-qualified prospect. 

I posted a question in another category regarding this, also.

The post above is merely seeking someone who already has local contractor connections they can pass on and get paid for them.

(yes, this also describes me)* Investors who want to analyze prospective deals, quickly calculate mortgage payments and other expenses, etc.
