But it was a painful event for him.. he had never lost in RE before .. so did not really matter if you had debt and did not have lots of reserves you lost your properties... there is a reason you see multi family and other rentals in foreclosure it happens all to frequently .. and to some top players as well but disproportionally to  one's with no real experience.

I am new to real estate investing and have a question.It seems that whether you are an agent/investor or investor, a big pain for me is coordinating with all the service providers to a transaction (i.e. inspectors, appraisers, attorney, insurance, etc.).
