next time get a nicer rent ready place to save time.i savet about $1.5k on used furniture from facebook market place, but it cost me a month of prime season that the place was not ready, next time i will get it all in 1-3 places.

Nationwide housing prices have been cooling, possible recession approaching - I just don't think most people have an appetite to pay a premium for a turnkey rental right now - they'd rather buy something that's reasonably-priced and put a little work into it (cosmetic upgrades, some new furniture).

I have a unit I just filled that I had the BRs steam cleaned (like I did 5 yrs ago) and there are only minor blemishes that practically disappear when the room is filled with furniture.

I've seen where furniture and plants have been photoshopped into an empty house.....essentially virtually staging it......but it is always disclosed that the home is actually empty, and this is a depiction of what it would look like furnished.
