Communication of your vision is important.

We don't get taken advantage of because we set expectations clearly upfront and communicate that in person when signing leases and during follow up inspections.I hold my team accountable.

Now, here is my take on what could be happening just from reading your post:If you are making any type of E-Mail/Written communication with these people, you should do yourself a favor and run everything through Microsoft Word and use spellcheck. 

I'll cease my communications and be grateful I didn't send him any personal, sensitive information.

If that is the case, or you can make it be so, I would recommend focusing on that over any or all real estate investment.

The only thing they really communicate with him for is; the title commitment when it comes in, a closing statement showing costs, fees, and funds required to close. 

Any, or all of these could put the US back into recession any time over the next 1-3 years.

I was in communication about a year ago with a lady in California who bought in Milwaukee and she had the same issue.
