Do lien holders discontinue their liens after a certain amount of years due to it no longer being in anyone’s “possession”? 

It looks like damage to me versus a faulty stove (no damage beyond the glass) and we would not be liable.

They did it without a forum to ask questions, no podcasts to listen to, no formulas and calculators.

I am having difficulty figuring out how to use the numbers here to see whether i cut my losses or proceed knowing some major capex work could be done after renovation, so hopefully no major expense in the near to medium term, and all the potential of the area in price growth and rental growth.  

This is what I got from the seller.Remodeling: No remodeling has been done recently but is still in good condition and almost like new: a new 50-year metal roof; new central air and heat; new cabinets, sinks, etc., in the kitchen and baths; new flooring; a new driveway.  

There is no need to find buyers when you have a good deal. 

I work in the entertainment industry, so I make decent money, but depending on economic issues work can go in and out, and there’s no real assurance of constant monthly income like there would be for other jobs.

Trying to find without calling first but will probably call county office to confirm but does anyone know what are the smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector requirements for a home built in the late 70s in all island of Hawaii.
