I just had to file an extension because I bought two properties last yr and my CPA was booked up and wasn’t able to complete my return due to me ‘not having my information correct.’

@Russell Payne you really need more information to answer this question.

Since he was 6 months late on the loan, I had urgent needs for the loan and wanted a wire for many reasons (my bank- bank of America puts holds on all large checks, so I am blocked from access to it for a week) and I didn't trust him with my wire information as he told me point blank "I'm not going to give you that information" when I asked who the closing attorney was. 

I've reached out to the local housing authority for additional information waiting to hear back.

I do not believe you can say whether a capital call, a pref equity investment or handing back the keys amongst a number of other possible decisions a GP can make is the right decision.
