I've been with them over the past year, no issues so far, great returns, very responsive when communicating.

Keep trying and getting better at it, you just need 1-2 solid leads that are at least interested in an offer every day.

I'm not quite certain what a Real Estate Attorney's responsibilities are in relation to this, but I would highly suggest reaching out to estate planners.
