I expect slight increases in interest rates maybe a few base points, but nothing like the 75 that happened this month (June) if the market does not slow down if the market does slow down then I wouldn't expect any more interest hikes, especially with gas prices pushing down traveling demands and slowing the economy down in its own way.

Both properties currently share gas water and tax bills.

I mean, we already had to re-run the plumbing to the city, bring in the electrical, and the gas, so if the hardest part was already being done, I thought why not just double the casita size and turn it into a duplex?

And so you've got the cost of oil and gas doubling basically in the past year or so.

Cars much more reliable, get better gas mileage.

He also built it back in 2005 and owned a gas station in the small town, so he might be just trying to dump some properties.
