I just meant that I wasn't patient enough to educate myself appropriately before wanting to try to start to get into deals. 

This and waiting for my contractor to finish up another job meant the house sat idle for about 3 weeks.Last weekend my contractor was able to start on the house with his guys.

That is meant as who has a higher business value, not personal value as an individual.

Here being in the redemption period would have meant (the law was changed a few years ago and there is no longer a redemption period), that the bank had won the bid and the owner had a period of time to pay off the bank.

I don't think that meant too much as I still had to run around a lot toward the end where I thought that since I was prequalified I was good to go.

I have never seen a listing agreement for less than 3 months and rarely less than 6, so the lousy agent ties a place up far longer than most bad wholesalers will.This isn't meant purely to poop on agents.
