We were doing some break even analysis, and I think we have what we are looking for as it gave us insight as to when we will need to start looking into alternative funding to build our portfolio.

We ended up going this route.We were finally set to close on the January 29th when the seller's attorney decided he's not coming to closing because he had New Year's plans.

The equity/appreciation play is also huge part of analysis in the class A/B areas.
