Under the “direct threat” provisions of the ADA, local jurisdictions need to determine, on a case-by-case basis, whether a particular service animal can be excluded based on that particular animal’s actual behavior or history, but they may not exclude a service animal because of fears or generalizations about how an animal or breed might behave.

More than anything else many on here appear to live in fear of their tenants and the "system".

I've read a lot of material, watched some webinars, watched YouTube videos, attended workshops, and I'm ready to face the fear of the unknown. 

I have attended a few guru seminars and have read a few Kiyosaki books but either out of fear or procrastination or both.....I have yet to pull the trigger on anything.

I'm not sure if the 249k is overspending for your area or not, but I would not volunteer my hard-earned 5k as a donation to a builder simply because of a fear of possible negative market factors.

Emotions (fear) have no place in business.

People fear what they don't understand and landlords are portrayed negatively.

When this is all new, you may feel like you can’t say no, for fear of missing out on a great opportunity.
