More specifically, the neighborhoods seemed nice, but the shops and surrounding commercial districts seemed misaligned (dollar stores, check cashing, etc.).

I have been able to remove personal information from the county appraisal district website but have not been able to get the tax assessor website to do so.

I later sold those properties and now only focus on nice areas in good school districts.

New Greenways, shopping districts, Food Hubs, and state of the art  commercial and retail facilities are under construction and this boom has spilled over as a rise in property values and demand for housing from newly arriving professionals who have chosen to live and experience the rebirth of a great American city in real time.  

So I narrowed my strategy to single family homes within two reputable school districts in my local area.ExecutionAfter I narrowed my focus on how I was going to invest, I found a realtor in the area and started sourcing properties.

Unfortunately homes in my downsized price range are few and far between in the school districts/cities I'm looking for.

The Temple Terrace area or (USF) area is building a new district called the Uptown district.
