More than anything, you'll have to provide sufficient liquidity to cover debt service for this loan, and a solid asset to ensure the lender some comfort  - i.e. stable market, etc.If you already have a ton of liquidity and excellent evidence to showcase your ability to generate income, getting a loan of that size should not be a problem.

Just more evidence that you don't understand the realities of this business.For example, I think you are running a HUGE risk of being sued by putting cash flow numbers on your website which so obviously don't include all the expenses.

Armed with thag knowledge, you should have evidence of intent to hold for the foreseeable future (i.e. pictures of for rent signs, printed Craigslist adds trying to rent etc.....) because the burden is on the taxpayer if challenged so you want to go ahead and secure the evidence now why it is readily available.
