im new too. but im pretty sure bird dogging is just telling your mailmen, trashmen, friends, family, everyday people who see property give you leads on properties. after they give you a lead and you buy the property you give them a few hundred bucks for making you thousands.is it legal?

Be there every day for a while if you can.

I don't know what the daily cost is, but every day my project is delayed, it's costing money.

If not reached then you could subtract some dollar amount for every day late.
