If the local utility supports Net Metering aggregation then you can essentially "assign" how much production from a single PV system goes to each unit, then with the right platform/systems in place you could bill tenants based on their individual allocated production (I happen to be in this type of multifamily solar niche).

Essentially, my numbers are:-  $126K purchase price with no money down. (1,000 for earnest money is all I paid for anything)-  Mortgage with Escrow comes out to $826 monthly, utilities about $230, and all that yada comes out to about $1150 in expenses monthly.-  When I ran the calculator on BP here, it states my cash flow is about $300-440 a month if rented at $1300-$1400.Those numbers don't look too bad to me.

Essentially, this says that if you transfer or sell the Title to your property, the mortgagee (lender) as the right to call the entire principal balance due immediately.

Because I would be living in a unit I essentially won't have to pay a mortgage, so the slim margin will be fine for my purposes.Obviously I don't expect any in-depth advice based on my property because I haven't  given much info on the area or building itself.
