Because of COVID, you man be able to find some local meetup events that are still meeting virtually which will allow you to network with local Wholesalers.

As a comparison, we can do new construction at $150 sq ft not counting all the extras you don't have to do on a reno like SAC fees, park dedication, new utility lines ect ect ect so It's worth it to us as we end up with virtually a new building. 

I realize that most of these meetings are taking place virtually now over zoom, but if anyone in the area is aware of a local group or willing to create one please contact me! 

@Jamie Bateman started a 2020 conference list and I wanted to continue that, even in the virtual environment we're still mostly in.Here's what I've found so far.

If it's really a steal and you do not have the money, then I'd recommend getting a first position loan (hard money or private) to buy in cash and the just refinancing after you're 1099 enables you you qualify.

Attend local or virtual meetups and put yourself out there stating what you're looking for.
