About 4 were for the whole building, the last 2 for unit 3 only...One week and a few days into the Dec 15th tenancy, the tenant paid for a canine - so two dogs actually came in and showed no bedbugs... now she found young ones in her bed she said today, and showed them to me - angry saying she can't take it anymore...am at a loss - my ehrlich reps didnt call me back... my atty told me to call another pest control company...it is awkward because have done all by the book and more:interviewed 4 pest control companieschose one that did 2-3 treatments and gave a 60 day guaranteeThe tenant lives upstairs and my home life and privacy are affected.

You can do a bird dog agreement just do a google search to find one but you also have to be careful you are not breaking any brokering laws in your state.

I'm purchasing with a L/O myself, and will either flip or keep as a rental (depending on whether we can line up private money for this deal).We don't want to keep him in the house because 1) he's emotionally invested in the house and that could make things difficult if we need him to leave and 2) he's a contractor with spotty income, in the middle of a divorce, erratic behavior, and late payment history.Does that make sense?

Sounds like they are trying to "dump a dog" of a property with seller financing.Sometimes you can buy with all cash hard money but this seller will need to take a cash hit probably from what they paid for it.
