Those 5-month loans are dangerous.

My concern would be that if I let them move in to finish it, then I could not get them out after and would have a lot of legal issues.

My concern is that I may only have 2 weeks to cancel my offer.

Im looking into invest in a home but the sellers are still living in the property, is there any thing I should be concerned about or avoid because the houses I’ve worked with before where already vacant so it was a bit easier .

Is that the case because in the above example the HOA was the lien holder, but there was also a secondary concern of the first mortgage?

If so, run the numbers both ways.The HW heaters and roof are reasons for concern.
