I have been searching around for a little while and I cannot find any information or reference to online classes for an Idaho real estate license.

I think B-/C+ type stuff is the place to be, and Chicago is full of C class buildings in solid areas with a Chipotle or Starbucks nearby. 

How will I know that I'm in the class?

This is because those buyers flush with cash who are inflating the market, largely by their flight out of cities that they have long hated living in but had to until the pandemic and the new work from home era, those buyers tend not to be interested in "fixer uppers" but will gravitate toward the turn-key properties in crime-safe (not necessarily class A but crime-safe) areas. 

- Does anyone have investments in class C/D neighborhoods in the area, and what are your experiences?

Houses are expensive to be buying presumably using your own cash so it'll take forever to scale and eventually become financially free (assuming you're an 8-5 working class like me).

You don’t have to get rich on your first property, it’s like a free higher education class. if you lack the courage to buy real estate when times are good how will you have the courage to buy when times are tough?

However it seems very clear to me that many Biden policies and legislation will be chopping the middle class at the knees.

I would like to take a class where I can sit and learn and possibly work through scenarios.

Push money into Other asset classes like stocks or Index Universal/Whole life policies?
