I dunno why you said not to the north, maybe where you work is south Seattle and worried about commute time?

The people that can afford that price point would generally commute on I77 and it is a political and construction mess involving toll lanes to/from Charlotte.

I work 9 hours and commute for an hour and a half.

She still works in Seattle and commutes and we still own the condo in Seattle which we lived at.

They commute from Camp Verde or Cottonwood, which is 30-40 min each way (assuming the 179 isn't backed up in/out of Sedona)

One of the last rentals i filled, i had to choose between two people who were both commuting an hour and a half to work because they couldn't find a place to rent in the area.

I think Judkins Park (Close to the 2023 lightrail station, which is at i-90 with entrances of both Rainier Ave and 23rd St) is hugely undervalued and is an incredible choice for anyone commuting to Bellevue.
