The deciding product here was the brain child of my good friend @Brandon Turner - the podcast.

She was 7.5 months pregnant with our first child when both of us were out of a job.

I want to simplify my life, but when you're married with a child, you have family obligations.

The US interest rates are much better than those of El Salvador, so they are looking to refinance with a US bank while they are home awaiting the birth of their second child.- Thanks to the low cost of living in El Salvador, they have no problem meeting the payments (which they have for two years)- One of their fathers is able to cosign (he has more than enough collateral, and is willing to help them with a 20% down payment, if necessary).- They have credit scores of 750+The problem is that they are not getting much love from the couple banks that they have looked at, and don't quite know how to handle it going forward.

I can't imagine the ongoing battle on what concepts would be taught, and the uproar that would ensue when a school tried to teach a child a different concept than the parents believed and lived by.  

I've made my kids a part of the business...they earn a couple of bucks as child labor and often go with me to me investors, property owners & renters.  

As we are expecting a child around when this will take place (spring 2015).

We enjoy the outdoors, hiking, camping, offroading (and working on the Jeep as a result of the offroading) and we have our first child on the way.

In that time we have seen one World Series championship, a Hurricane, a snow storm, and had our first child so we are on a good run so far.
