G works full time and I am recently disabled from work due to spinal fusion surgery and nerve damage in my leg, so I decided this would be a great time for me to pursue my dream of house hunting, which is now leading me to go into selling real estate to help us fund our investing business.

Your new job sounds very exciting, seeing a new locale every year, that will give you a leg up in OOS investing.

But what made me to take this risk and jump in, is exactly the feeling you probably get when you have to sit in a chair staring at a computer for 40+ hours a week.

The way the tenants are maintaining the property would be more concerning - if that picture had a nice couple of chairs on top of it, with a little table, clean and neat, I wouldn't care a bit.

We're also *hoping* we can restore the front porch back to it's original condition (a small rocking chair porch, no screens or doors, and spindles where the lower siding is).
