I would recommend consulting with an attorney to find out why you would need a separate LLC for each property. 

Quoted $5K in closing costs but ended up being $7k to pull $94K in equity out of home as a 2nd mortgage (additional cost was insurance). curious if the below info seems “normal”appreciate the feedback.

I agree with the comments about how the gurus keep pushing the 1% cash flow narrative which is why new investors gravitate towards this.
