I’d like to buy vacant lots, tear-downs or single family properties with enough lot to print ADUs and do a mixture of rent, sell and owner finance the end product depending on the situation.

They have been buying Greek junk bonds lately along with all kinds of other oddball and unique investments.

I don't want to buy a house that need major roof work.   

Similar to Structured settlements where a company like J.G.Wenworth buys out the settlement for a fraction of what it is worth...I am looking to do the same with the interest in the property that is ultimately to be left to me.
