Based on the information, would it make sense to move forward with the 2 unit property or a 6 unit one?

Hi everyone,I'm Yonatan, a real estate investor based in Israel focusing on the buy-and-hold strategy in Cleveland, Ohio.

It might help to meet with an architect to give you a base idea and preliminary plans for your GC to then take a look at. 

Remember, the time it takes for cash flow can vary based on location and property management.

My plan is to contact them in effort to get them to sell the property based on the assumption that they are out of state or possibly out of country and the property looks like it is in a fixable condition. 

-A good dealer will help you push past any political red tape somebody that is confusing modular with mobile is throwing up.Now, My duplexes come in at $88 a sqft base.

Some base it only on property and dscr others take fico and liquidity.... and some take all.

Local brokers can give you more color, but I would also be prepared to only get 60% to, maybe, 70% LTV limited by DSCR.
