I didn't mean to suggest that they're all bad, just that they are bulletproof and a landlord needs to be aware of that.

I would like a property management company that is tech savvy and knowledgeable about my market and as for a lender, I would prefer to work with a local portfolio lender but I want to shop around for the best terms and rates I can get.
