Iam in Canada and we don't have zillow but from my experience any american realtor tends to speak lowly of there zestimates.

But if they don't want to go the other routes, I let them know what I can do for them, and since they are adults, they can make their own decision whether to accept it or not.

This is the American way.

This, of course, has a lot to do with American and European sanctions which have caused prices in Russia to double or even triple.
