I wish there was a site like these but totally dedicated to STR buy and sell. what sites / techniques do you all use to find the STRs on sale? 

I don't care much about the sales techniques used to sell it, as long as I get value out of the course.

However, I'm always interested in learning other people's opinions and techniques, so if you're making it work, I'd love to hear how.

That being said if you go see a seller that called for you to view his house for a cash sale but finds out he wants market value and really it's not in bad of shape You can wth good sales technique switch gears and put your realtor hat on.
