Another last minute gig is private loan insurance that insures the lender, this one is low, but they may obtain a policy and stick you with the premium, you should see that in the fess disclosed.Assignment of rents will be in any commercial loan, pretty standard, in the event of default they can collect rents and offset the loan.I'd suggest too that you verify title costs, insurance for the lender is often free, some charge.

If the answer is negative, you are technically bankrupt.If your net worth is less that the policy limit on your property plus your umbrella policy coverage, you have plenty of protection.

They might talk about wanting the date the rent is due changed, having the landlord pay the water, or talking about having pets that you don't agree with.I think it's best to let them know up front what your rules and policies are.
