Hello,Looking to purchase a mobile home (personal property in a park) subject to an outstanding balance and take over payments in Texas.

This will dictate where you purchase and look for properties based on that number alone.My point is that you always start with the end in mind and work it backwards, this creates the strategy (Buy and hold, flip, Wholesale, Notes) which will be driven by the tactic (SFR, MFR, Mobile homes, Short term rental etc) I always coach people and explain that the property is actually the last piece of the puzzle not the first.Hope this helps

It has TWO 3br/2ba mobile homes that had a "complete renovation at purchase" currently renting for $800/mo each. 

I wonder if I should parcel the land or develop the utilities required for an RV/mobile home Park.

I think it is a great idea, but would it be stationary or mobile like a camper? 

Anyone here have experiencing putting RV/ mobile hook ups for modular? 

Mobile homes are rarely good investments. 

Although there are many avenues (ie Mobile Homes, Assisted Living, etc.), I want to narrow my focus towards the purchase of a 40 unit apartment building or a combination of two 20 unit apartment buildings.  

It is a property we purchased many years ago when it was surrounded by woods and a small mobile home/rv park down the road before the Villages were even a thought.
