Consumers are smart and will see your listing could have been split, and if they could have gotten them separately at less money they will get angry and give you a bad review.

Recently I have been reviewing pricing of assets and I see many sellers pricing a CFD the same as a traditional mortgage and note.

If you read some of the reviews of these buildings, lots of people get fed up with the noise and ruckus that STRs create, especially when the units are alongside permanent residents.

Review their management agreement.

I reviewed their website and their houses look appealing although there is limited information on them.

Any reviews on the internet based crowd funders?

@Nick Henry This is actually a topic that has been covered many times in the forums and of course you can learn more about us through other experiences and reviews here on Bigger Pockets (see below). 

Mind you some of these could have been avoided , learning curve type thing. we don't allow 0 review guests.
