With having college started I have to work around my class schedule.

I actually went to college in Milwaukee for a year and my sister currently lives and works there.

Currently, I am 18 years old, motivated, technological (which I believe is the best way to reach customers), time-worthy and planning on going to college in January for entrepreneurship.

For the bathrooms and kitchen vinyl (that looks like tile) this works well for our tenants because the majority of them are college students.

I want to expand my questions to all Indianapolis properties targeting college and university students.

Most of their reps are young kids straight  out of college who just got a RE license and are very sales aggressive.

Being that I went to college in Arizona I have been researching the market there and have been considering looking into multifamily property there.

I don't do it with my college rentals because they're already spoiled and feel entitled.My low-income tenants tend to be 'management intensive' so that rules them out.However, for the first time I did send a card with a $20 local restaurant certificate to one of my blue-collar tenants because so far they've been good tenants and good neighbors.But I'm sure I'll be punished for that somehow. . . .
