we have drainage problem which affects the sewer and my garage. we had the sewage problem fixed which was suppose to fix he driveay drainage problem too but still the water from the common area driveway still floods my garage.when i say common area this is the driveway everyone has to use to enter and exit the condo. i am in a duplex condo.

@John MclearyIn general if you enter into a contract with a bank REO, you have to close on it yourself (double close, cash, financing).
