You can do a subject to transaction but that is not legally assuming the loan.the banks got rid of assumable mortgage long time ago. 

I've been trying to cancel my subscription but the "cancel my benefits" does not work.

I do partnerships many different ways, some I split the equity on the sale; I'll bring the deal, and partner with the person investing because I brought the deal to them. 20/80, 10/90, 40/50, etc..

If the police came they probably did not come and document the damages, get the report.   

Both have pros and cons (my first househack in 2023 was with the conventional one).
