We need the people who want to buy the jet ski, the car , a new phone every year, an air fryer etc.

But when playing the long game, considering Air BnB algorithms and the opportunity to raise rates, I would absolutely want to see higher occupancy.

Ok so maybe it will be safe to live in it and rent out the other room air bnb for a while to see how it goes.

They only lift the bag high into the air when they drop it into their truck.It probably depends on how skilled the truck driver / crane operator is.

I heard some info commercial saying they were listing properties on websites for Air Bnb's and making money.

@Jordan Moorhead in our case it makes a lot of sense to attempt to househack a duplex together.

There was no trap installed like under the sinks, so when the unit came on it sucked up sewer gas into the cooled air.

The new wall will have to be staggered from the existing wall and have a small air space. 

@Jordan Northrup, the way you're describing it you would be purchasing the house from her in order to fix n flip.
