It would be great to connect with like-minded individuals and support each other in our real estate endeavors.

But those who wouldn’t mind a lot more monthly cash flow, I recommend tapping into some of that equity that’s just sitting there doing nothing and using it to buy more cash flowing properties.   

At this stage, the main thing we need is for me to get back into the workforce and get some money coming in, in order to achieve that dream.With that in mind, my immediate goal is to gain employment in the field of property management, as opposed to wasting my time working in another field that is not associated with real estate.

We are somewhat handy and would not mind fixing up the house while living in it. 3.

Keep in mind that I am selling them as affordable fixer uppers and usually only address any health, safety, and functionality issues.

I figured this would be the perfect place to connect with like-minded people, get advice, and explore more resources to guide our decisions. 

Building connections with like minded individuals to help each other achieve their goals is priceless.

Keep in mind, everyone needs a place to live in landlords provide a service of providing those places and keeping them in good shape, updating it, etc.  

After spending the past two years learning the ins and outs of underwriting and analyzing deals, I’m ready to take the next step and acquire my first multifamily property (20+ units).I’m looking to connect with like-minded investors who are interested in partnering on this journey.
