I'm looking for any women who are successfully house hacking to talk with. 

At 18, I was worried about unsuccessfully chasing women and playing Super Nintendo (I'm old) but you've already identified a great cash flow market and are going about it the right way by seeking out experts and advice from people on the ground. 

I would prefer to network with people in the narrow focus, but be around a group that is a bit broader, such as business owners, maybe women investors, mindset coaches etc. 

It is not really something you can do for a week and then take a break - I would like to meet men and women who are willing and able to do it over a sustained period of time, because that is the only way to become successful at it.

Ignoring her, as we tried a few times, didn't work out well as she then took to calling the Fire Dept and Police Dept to the house to respond to her non-emergencies...the good Uniformed men & women of our town weren't pleased and strongly suggested that I get her under control.In any event, I'll be watching for this OCD RED FLAG in future screenings.Rick

The team of repair men/women who help me do a good job of effectively updating/repairing the properties for ''rent ready'' state, also I have a great grasp on what it takes to enter and operate with positive cash flows.

Our local ghetto is filled with women on welfare... and their sugar daddy ghetto boyfriends.

Like buying, leasing is mostly emotional and driven by the women (if it's a couple).
