There are a bunch of great investors who are more than happy to share and network (including myself).

It's saying a country "can't" exist without wide open borders and rampant exploitation of people. 

A very wide range of property managers are incompetent and feckless.

I’m still getting a feel for this platform and starting to adapt to the newer ways of networking and marketing.

It is widely recognized as a loss leader within the industry and those who are successful normally have a complimentary business such as a brokerage or a construction company that performs complimentary services.

The list is a nationwide list the Miami-Fort-Lauderdale area made number 2 on the list Orlando was ranked 6 on the nation wide list, so judging by the post I think it would be safe to assume Florida is one of the best states for fix-n-flips.
