I know the average turnaround for Septic Permit has been 10-12 weeks, but we are now at 20 weeks, which seems excessive.If anyone has experience with this, would welcome any suggestions.

We've had great guests from both platforms (with slightly more guests we'd never welcome again coming from AirBnb vs VRBO, but that's less than a handful).In short: you can launch at the same time and still have two engaged platforms/OTAs, depending on the quality/uniqueness of your listing and your target market.
