They invited me to weddings!!!

Mine is dinner with a mentor (a BP meet up its on meetup as well) 2nd wed of the month the other is last thursday of the month St.

NJ investors is second WED of every month at 7 PM.

Only issue is, I don’t know if this situation is appealing to anyone but newly-weds or alike for the basement rental.

Hope this post brings on some interesting discussion, I got a wedding to go to but I'll check back tomorrow to respond to comments and give my analysis on the deal.EDIT: As I get more information I will add it.

I'm coming on a scouting trip next week and will be there Wed (6/20) through Sunday (6/24). 

If there ever any meetings on wed-sat I will make it unless out of town.

Normally I don't socialize with my tenants but they were paid up for the next 6 months so I decided to take him up on it.We had such a good time we decided to make a weekly tradition of going out for wings and by the end of the lease we had become such good friends not only did we get wings weekly but they also invited me to go on vacation with them and they invited me to be a part of their wedding at an inclusive resort.They only rented from me for 14 months and they got a heck of a deal but they are now lifelong friends.
