I find the stress tests of the banking systems quite weak.

Each era had its strengths and weaknesses.

For people like us that have walked the walk and continue to do so On a daily basis makes you look weak and foolish  and I do believe in such a thing as karma.. it happens and be very careful exploiting others losses and trying to capitalize on them.

This can open the door to tenants taking advantage, or worse, taking your kindness as weakness.

But what if it's run poorly with no organization, outdated and weak contracts, the properties are poorly maintained, Tenants weren't thoroughly vetted, accounting is a mess, etc?

Those that spent the last few years living wisely and preparing for a rainy day will not only survive, they will thrive as they buy out the weak.

I would definitely say that raising funds is a weakness of mind.

We're rewriting the rules now on basic finance and incentivizing a weak and unstable economy.

If it's a weak lease you might consider that.

The correlation was always weak at best, now it's fully divorced.
