In the process of maneuvering the truck in a pretty tight spot, the movers caused some relatively minor damage to the neighboring property that I do not own.The owner of the damaged property does not live on-site and is not yet aware of the recent damage, though I have historically kept an eye out for their building and given them a heads up if anything seems amiss and warranting their attention.When I became aware of the damage, I texted my tenant to inquire about his plan for addressing and making adequate repairs, though he has not responded and seems to be ignoring the issue.

If a majority sell to the developer, you should as well since the building will then become non-warrantable.

I am in contract on a condo in Ohio that is in a non-warrantable complex due (I think - need to confirm) to the fact that the owner occupancy to rental occupancy ratio being too low.

It is like doing the crime and showing up in court 8 months after they issued the arrest warrant, claiming the officer didn't try hard enough to arrest you.

I Wouldn't do it but I see places like senior housing where it might be warranted to have limitations on immunization status.

He didn't show up.The Magistrate said I could have a Capias (civil arrest warrant where a sheriff or constable would arrest the bum and physically bring him to court) or an execution (sheriff or constable can seize assets and sell them to satisfy the judgement) - or both.I took both.

There are many items that come up where the property is visited in escrow...inspections, estimates for repairs, appraisals and my clients needing some information about their large purchase would most definitely warrant another visit.

Two things: 1) definitely pursue legal and see if they can help. 2) I wonder if you can fight for a tax abatement given the “significant” improvements you’ve made to the home that warranted the tax increase.
