I still have a warm and fuzzy feeling about my investment in my education so far due to the shared experiences and comments by others who have met Eddie Speed in this thread.

Each unit is individually metered for power and water. 

I have had a home destroyed by fire; never by water.

Water/sewer is shared and can be sub-metered. 

My extensive real estate experience consists of 1 flip.I have an idea and I'd like to test the waters here in the forums.

PRELIM LAND PLANNING- do a preliminary layout, please remember stream buffers, specimen trees, ANY jurisdictional waters (its a good idea to have you county water systems guy come walk your property with you to verify any jurisdictional water systems and what the required state and county buffers are for those systems).

No to very little crime no worries with water or food borne illness's  etc etc.  

If separate water line services for each unit weren't part of your original scope of service, then they are justified in asking for additional payment to redo the plans.

Rake the leaves, mow the lawn, and water the plants.
