Further, it has a high crime index much of which is violent crime.

I've never come across a HML that would allow what you're proposing in your 2nd scenario and if they did, I could see how they'd be out of business pretty quickly, especially with a violent market correction (crash).

Tony -I think we're probably in violent agreement on the core issue -- our government isn't doing what's in our best interest, and also isn't allowing us to hold them accountable.I say this in a completely non-partisan way, as I believe it's nearly every politician that's to blame, not just one party or the other, and certainly not just this President, the past President or the one before that.If nothing is done (and soon), this country is headed for a lot worse than hyperinflation.

Why make your tenants have background checks if you're going to let them move in their boyfriends/girlfriends/friends who are violent offenders or sex offenders?

We would like to know if anyone can suggest cities, towns, neighborhoods, where the economy is in recovery, violent crime is low, and a decent property can be had at a low price, preferably with a pool or near a body of water.  

The negative energy emitted by such places tends to be of a more violent type, perhaps associated with killing and death.

The violent crime happens more to the south of Shaw Ave. 

Unfortunately - and I’m not clear on its causes - there is a high amount of property and violent crime concentrated downtown.
