@FrankChin Well my buyers purchase properties in Long Island and the Bronx.

I'm not too sure that's an investment I want to mess with, so I have also been considering nicer areas of NW Indiana as well as SW Illinois (Blue Island and Lansing mostly).

I have some potential short sale opportunities from my lis pendens marketing but I am not an expert on negotiating these with the banks. please pm me if u can help. thanks
