We are seeing about 50/50 split of people holding as rentals vs selling. 

There isn't really a lot of people looking to rent a 3500sqft house and that may translate in longer vacancies.

For a lot of people they will ve so overwhelmed and in shock that they just want to walk away.

The big thing is always focus on protecting the public, disclose, and take care of people.

This gives you a better opportunity to do STR or MTR and not bother yourself or the LTR tenant with more people coming in an out.3.

People like it because you don’t need to own property—just lease it, list it on Airbnb, and make money if guests pay more than your rent and expenses.The catch?

Generally speaking if the people are clean the pets are also.
