Anyway - I've put a weight on the end (or not) of it if the obstruction is thick and drop it down the duct and holding on to it at the top.1) You can shake or twirl the chain and that might do the trick.2) Attach the brush made for cleaning dryer vents at the bottom end and pull it up and down a few times.

The drainage was exceptional as the entire basement even at that entrance was completely dry.From the basement the flooring support beams were welded 8inch steel trusses on 24inch centers supported on 12inch steel I Beams with a flange & web thickness running at least 3/4-1inch.

From there we led the water out of the crawler, then we put a nice thick vapor barrier throughout the entire crawler and sealed it.

you can waste all the time you want to create a plan and hope to use it one day. or you can go and buy a property to flip or rent. on the bright side,  if the plan is thick enough it can be used as a door stop.
