The tenants are better and are working toward ownership, so their interests are more alligned (theoretically) with yours in taking care of the home.I have tried to sell the home on a note and rent the land, but people are skittish about that on land/home deals.

What a lot of people don't realize, the reason why an agent won't necessarily want to accept less than that (even though it seems like a HUGE payday when the house sells), is that there is substantial risk in taking these types of listings, especially in this market.

Luckily, it fit the plenum and intake from the old one without modification, and the only new part was the PVC exhaust as I was replacing an 80%er.
