That said, for the lender or an FHA rep to physically come to the house and check is very highly unlikely and the only time I've seen it happen was because there was fraud involved; I wouldn't worry too much.In terms of the tenant, it sounds like he's just an unproductive member of society

Clearly some of these posts have not lived through the gravity of such a situation.Should she have been better prepared -ideally, but we are not always given this chance.Lets see how you perform when you have been bombarded with Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy especially with very little family support.Lets also take into account, she has rented here for 20 years and she is EIGHTY years of age - Is this how you think society should move forward.I understand business is business BUT lets put this into perspective here, we are talking 3 BOUNCED RENTAL CHEQUES!

In America, so far, we have remained a civilized society, and respect the outcome of elections, whether or not our candidate is elected.Though my Republican presidential vote means little in California, I have been volunteeering to call Ohio and other swing state voters in hopes of swaying voters that votes do count, and can make a difference in this election for my candidate.
